மாண்புமை உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தின் உத்தரவின் படி தமிழ்நாடு தகவல் ஆணையத்தில் இனி வரும்காலங்களில் இரண்டாம் மேல் முறையீடு மனுக்கள் / புகார் மனுக்கள் / ஆணை நிறைவேற்றப்படாமை மனுக்கள் மீது காணொளி காட்சி மூலமாகவோ அல்லது நேரடியாகவோ விசாரணை நடத்துவதற்குண்டான ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
எனவே நிலுவையில் உள்ள வழக்குகளிலுள்ள மேல் முறையீட்டாளர்கள் தமிழ்நாடு தகவல் ஆணையத்தின் இணையத்தளத்தில் உள்ள இணைப்பிற்கு (https://tnsic.gov.in) சென்று 31.07.2024 தேதிக்குள் காணொளி காட்சி மூலமாக அல்லது நேரடி விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராக தங்களுடைய விருப்பத்தை தேர்வு செய்யுமாறு கேட்டு கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள் . அவ்வாறு 31.07.2024 க்குள் தங்களுடைய விருப்பத்தை தேர்வு செய்யாத பட்சத்தில் நேரடி விசாரணை மூலமாக மேல்முறையீட்டாளர்களுடைய மேல்முறையீடு / புகார் / ஆணை நிறைவேற்றப்படாமை மனுக்கள் மீது ஆணையத்தால் தொடர் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் .

ln compliance to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of lndia, the Tamil Nadu lnformation Commission has created facilities for the Appellants to appear for the hearings on their Second Appeal/Complaint Petition/Non-Compliance Petitions either through Video Conferencing or through Direct lnquiry.
The existing Appellants are requested to use the link given below on the TNIC website (https://tnsic.gov.in) and indicate their option for an inquiry through (a) Video Conferencing (or) (b) Direct lnquiry before 31.07.2024 lf no such option is exercised before 31.07.2024, the Appellants will be summoned by the Commission for Direct lnquiry only, on the pending SA/CP/NC petitions.

Appellants/Complainants preferring Appeals/Complaints/Non Compliance Petitions before the Tamil Nadu Information Commission are requested to send their applications in the prescribed format (as per the provisions of RTI Act, 2005) from 01.12.2023 onwards.
